Make Goals.

My dad has been harping on me to make a list of goals. So I told him I had, except it’s just in my head.

Ten curse words later he told me to write them down and show him a list. Doing this was a lot harder than I thought it would be and it made me think a lot harder about what I wanted to accomplish.

Hours later, I was pretty much done, and now I feel so much better. Now I have things to strive for, similar to how in track, I used to shoot for certain times from the beginning of the year. If that was a successful method in track, why not apply it to life right?
